Free UK delivery on orders over £40
UK SHIPPING
– Art Prints and Greetings Cards will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, usually delivered within 3 business days. If you are in a hurry for your order just drop me a message, and I can arrange for a postage upgrade.
– Order over £40 will be posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48
– Original artworks will be posted by Special Delivery
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
– Orders from outside the UK will be posted by Royal Mail International Tracked.
Customs & import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import rates that may apply, I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
PACKAGING
I try to make my packaging as eco-friendly as i possibly can.
– When possible I will re-use card and envelopes for packaging
– Prints are backed with 100% recycled greyboard, inside a glassine paper sleeve.
– Prints larger than A4 may be rolled and sent in a postal tube.
– All materials can be recycled, including eco friendly tape.
– Very occasionally I will use bubble wrap if required. This cannot be recycled but it is used sparingly, and it is always re-used.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
I take great care and pride in packaging your order, it is my priority to ensure your artwork arrives with you in PERFECT condition. I am always evaluating my packaging process, using the best quality materials for protecting your artwork in transit.
In the unlikely event you find it has arrived damaged, please send me a photo of the damaged goods within 48hrs. Rest assured, I will send you a replacement or offer you a refund.
